Mr. Goodwrench Indeed.......

OK...Please allow me to give everyone out there some words of advice...
Please do not have a can of liquid wrench on your bathroom shelf, next to a can of Right Guard, If you are in a hurry in the morning and you do NOT have your glasses on after a very steamy shower...
...Unless of course you want to smell like some kind of mechanic, or apartment complex handiman...All Day Long!!!!
.
"What a Maroon"!!
.
Peace!!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrr...........

Hi Everybody, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, the inner-most workings of my dryer are in such great discord with the perceived usage expectations, that I cannot with any degree of accuracy state when the Sear's repairman can come to see me..
However!!, With-out fear of being too far wrong, I can safely say that it should be sometime very soon, because being at the laundramat on a Sunday afternoon, does NOT make the G-Man very chipper.....
.
Be sure to tune in tomorrow to see how a week-old hambone, can turn into a delicious pot of Split-Pea with Ham soup!!!
.
Peace...!!!

Friday Flash 55......

From the very first time that you try it, the addiction begins! Once you experience the exhilaration, you are hooked! As in anything, at first you become a whore to it, you CAN'T get enough! Then, as in anything...
The frequency wanes.
Quality becomes unimportant.
Passion is just a distant memory.
Blogs go unattented..
Blogs die.....
.

Have a GREAT week-end everybody, if you or someone you know has written a Flash 55, please let me know, I will be over to read, enjoy, and comment..
.
Peace....!!!

Wild Man.........

If you read my last post, I bid a fond farewell to a couple of Blog Icons.. Also, Last week seemed to be the last time several bloggers were going to participate in HNT. I can fully understand why mothers with teens at home would think twice about posting Risque' pics. I also do understand that some women are very proud of their still 'rockin' bods..!! To each her own as I say...
I enjoy Thursday's picture-fest because it's an easy post, and it's fun. Now as you all know, The beautiful Susie has passed the Friday 55 torch over to me. I consider this an honor ( or honour as Miss Strumpet spells it), because there are some mighty talented folks in Blog-Land.
Please think about playing tomorrow, it's fun, it's easy, it's exspressive, and I really enjoy reading all the diversity that people have floating around in their brain.. And oh BTW, Welcome Back Jillie Bean..!!!!! Yay!!!..Cabo san Lucas will never be the same...G

Peace..!!!

Bon Chance...........

This past Wednesday, my good friend and Blog Icon, Sarah..aka Roxi The Hot Bitch, has decided to pull her blog!! As many of you know, she was my reason, and inspiration to blog in the first place. She has always wanted to become a police officer, and she knows that someday she will have to disclose all WEB Sites, so she decided to pull the plug now..
She was crass, classy, bright and sassy. She was Model Beautiful, and Sailor Salty. She was stunningly beautiful, and just one of the guys..She was a shining star, in a dimly lit world!!!!
Sarah ...Good luck in attaining your dream....xox
.
Now we come to Mr. Rick...aka Top Cat..!!!
TC stopped posting several weeks back, but there was always a glimmer of hope that he would return because he has done this before. But this past week-end we exchanged Easter Greetings and he indicated that this time he was done with it for good.
Now there was a careing, warm, intelligent, talented, and very nice guy. He would always have a kind word for everyone, and I knew of NO ONE that did not respect and love him. Our blog world is a lot emptier because of his departure.
Good Luck Rick, and thanks for touching our lives...
.
I hate Eulogies.....Peace..!!!

Easter Menu.......

Hi Everybody, I hope you all had a great Holiday!!
In Michigan, if you move to another state, one of the home-grown products that your friends just have to bring you when they visit, is Vernor's Ginger Ale. It's Bubbly, it's Spicy, it's delicious!!
It is also the favorite item that cooking folks like to bake their ham in.
I prefer the Bone-In ham. It is not pre-formed, and you can use the bone for soup later..
The Fresh Kielbasa was just ground and stuffed yesterday by my good friend Brian Berkey who owns a market.
The potato salad was very crunchy and a bit tangy thanks to the authentic Hungarian Paprika that my daughter sent me from Budapest last year when she was in Europe..
I also had Green Bean Casserole, Cresant Roles, and Deviled Eggs, and Pierogies..
For dessert we had Carrot Cake.
Speaking of the daughter, she came up for dinner today from college, how about those Czech Shoes that she picked up in a Prague Flea Mkt. for 10 Crowns..(2.50)..
Anyway, I hope you and your family had a swell day...
Peace...!!
