the biggest and best EVER!!!!!
So put up your dukes, re-wrap that ugly sweater, and meet me at Zellers!

Christmas 1955
Everybody put up a REAL tree.
We decorated it with Bubble Lights and Tinsel.
The country wasn't fighting in a war.
I attented Kindergarten in a two-room schoolhouse.
My Grandparents were still alive.
My Mom Lorrie was still alive.
My little brother Jimmy was still alive.
Santa Claus was still alive.........

OK, I'm taking the advice of Brandi the Bunny Girl and lightening up a bit.
By going on with life, but NEVER forgetting how fragile and fleeting this
paltry existence is.
I just LOVE retro Christmas advertising. The 50's sure was swell .....

Blue.....

As if there wasn't already a pall of sorts hanging over the
Holiday Season...With the Mayan Calendar onus, The Oregon
mall shooting, UnChristmas like weather, the fiscal cliff,
and now a Horror of unspeakable dimension in Connecticut, I'm
not very much in a Christmas or creative mood.
I feel that being my normal ascerbic and satirical self is not very
appropriate for a few days.
It's almost to the point of being thankful just to make it home safely
after a trip to the corner market.
Lock your doors.
Hug your children.
Tell everyone thats in your heart, that you love them...Tell Them NOW!
