Potato Bomb.....!!!!!

Hi Everybody, I hope YOUR Week-End was as Kick Ass as MINE!
Wanna have some fun with cooking?
Last Friday I saw an interesting YouTube video that I just had to attempt.
The Potato Bomb!!
Assemble your stuffing ingredients.... (The choice is yours)
I used thinly sliced Ham, aged Cheddar, Bacon, Jalapeno Cheese spread.
But you can use Turkey, Sausage, Garlic cloves, Onion, etc....
Take an apple corer, (I bought mine at Bed Bath&Beyond)
Bore a hole thru the potato and save the core plug.
Stuff the spud with your Favorite goodies.
Cut the core into thirds, and throw the middle third away.
Plug the ends of the stuffed spud with the remaining pieces.
Wrap it in some foil with some Oil and Salt and Pepper and Bake or Grill.
It's Easy, Fun, and soooooooo Delicious.
Have a Kick Ass Week peeps.....

well that's an interesting idea! i think i'd want to bore out more than the diameter of an apple core and put even more good stuff inside though.

I am so going to give this a try! Thanks for finding something to make me smile on Monday.

That looks amazing! I'm with Lime--I'd be using a giant drill bit so I could stash more stuff in there.

I will definitely try this. I wonder if you could core it through 2 or 3 times from the sides instead to have more stuffing?

That looks awesome G! And a fairly easy, but impressive side. I wonder if my non-potato eating kid would try a potato bomb? Perhaps if I stuffed it with... ?

And I forgot to link, but here was my last entry for your flash 55. Better late than never? Already have a new one lined up for this Thursday at 8pm EST. Just have to stop by to link in! :)

linked here One thing is that when you're searching for a student loan you may find that you will need a co-signer. learn this here now There are many conditions where this is correct because you might discover that you do not use a past credit standing so the financial institution will require that you have someone cosign the borrowed funds for you. here are the findings Great post. get redirected here
