Friday Flash 55.....

The bearded 'Street Prophet' approached her
quietly. "This Talisman will save your life".
He then slipped the orange crystal into her
hand....And disappeared! She thought, 'What a
Crazy Bastard'. This delayed her crossing the
intersection by about 5 seconds. As the caution
light flashed, she decided to cross anyway....BOOM!
The Semi crushed her......(So much for Talismans)

If you or anyone you know has written a Friday Flash 55
Please come tell The G-Man
I will visit, read, enjoy, comment....Then BOOK!!!
So from the most Gracious host from coast to coast...
Have a Kick Ass Week-End!

Ha! By G-Man by way of Alfred Hitchcock? Or maybe even a bit too realistic for him--ironic enough, though.

I'm playin--mine's a bit on the serious side, but writers can't be choosers and it's what turned up this time:

Things Endure

...I can see why this "Talisman" is walking the streets! The "prophets" these days just aren't at the top of their game...

No wonder the guy was giving his talisman away. It was obviously faulty. Wonder what bad things happened to *him*? Maybe Monkey Man could write a prequel!

Musical 55 for me once again (yes, it's almost over, G. This is the last Friday that falls in the 30-day Music Challenge...).
