Black and Blue Week-End.....

Hi everybody...Todays menu consisted of Roast Pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, garlic bread, peach cobbler...And since Mandy and Her fiance' are vegetarians, I made Butternut Squash Lasagna. You take some al dente' lasagna noodles, layer it with a squash puree, bechemel sauce, Mozzarella cheese...3 times bake at 375 for 40 minutes...and at the end sprinkle more cheese!
Not bad at all.....
Needless to say I'm not in a GOOD MOOD....Later!!

O dear, Not in a good mood is something not good after all that delicious stuff you made. Now you are baking lasagna & I just woke up at three in the morning & craving for maggi noodles!

Mmmmmm the menu sounds delicious. I L-O-V-E butternut squash. My favorite way to eat BN Squash is to cut it into 1 inch cubes, place it on a baking sheet, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper then roast for a while.

Sorry to hear you are not in a good mood, I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. I would also like to apologize for not being around much lately but we are beyond busy plus we have some things going on with our oldest daughter in which you can read about on my blog from Friday's post.

HUGS!!
