I stole my first smoke from my uncle Petes pack of unfiltered Camels at age 14. In college, our Frat house had a non-electric machine. Smokes were 23 cents a pack, you put in a quarter and got back 2 shiny pennies for change in the bottom of the cigarette pack. I went to grad school in Canada, I liked Rothmans and Export-A's, but Quit when they went up to 2.50 a pack!
I stayed smoke-free until about 10 years ago, but on again, off again...you know. So for umpteenth time I'm smoke free again.....2 days and counting. I'll leave you with a little Yin/Yang of smoking......

I remember all those commercials. WOW...those are long gone days. Good for you on the smoke free 2007. A bit of FYI...not only will YOU benefit from it your family will too. My mom has lung cancer from second hand smoke and just about died two years ago. SO QUIT SMOKING OK?????

I first smoke was something called lemon twist or some crap like that. I don't remember, but the pack was pretty and I was coooool.

Im happy to say that is one habit I didnt start. It helped that Im alergic to the smoke. My mom smoked and I had a hard time being around her. All 3 of our kids smoke(where did they pick it up from when we dont)(I know peer pressure)Wtg on being smoke free. Good luck

1st off - I am UP!! 2nd - I hope that you can stay smoke free it is a NASTY habit. 3rd - In my college days I was friends with the ENTIRE DELTA UPSILON FRATERNITY in Arlington, TX, NO NOT WHAT YOU ARE THINKING.....anyway, they hated it when someone said FRAT, you were to call it a fraternity or brotherhood. Saying FRAT was in their eyes a bad thing......just thought I would share. I am still friends today with a bunch of them, they are some of my closest friends and I even introduced my best friend to one of them and they are now married.
