Friday Flash 55....

The flashing lights lit up my vehicle like a discotheque.
Emotionless, the mirrored Aviators slowly approached the window.

"License and registration please".

He returned to the cruiser...

After what seemed an eternity, he handed me the Citation.

It read..

Failure to acknowledge commenters.
Failure to regularly visit others.
Redundantly Mundane.

Thank You,
The Blog Police.

.

If you or anyone you know has posted a Friday Flash 55,
Please come tell The G-Man.
I will visit, read, enjoy, comment...Then BOOK!!!
So from the most gracious host, from coast to coast...
Have a HAPPY HOLIDAY...
God Bless America...!!!

Wow. That's some harsh ticket.

I have two this week. Call the extra one community service, which beats paying a fine, at least!

Need an attorney? Call Sam he will fight that lie of a ticket...no fee unless you win.

Very, very cute.

Oh... uh. sorry. I was just warming up for when this goes before the Supreme Court.
I do have a story of my own to tell... took longer to get the formatting to work than usual though... so I'm a little later than normal.

Very clever Flash55, G-Man. To answer your comment on my photo of Indian Pipes, I am currently researching whether anyone has ever smoked it, and if not, how it got that name.

My Flash 55 is posted for this week.

Also please note that I've been experimenting with another Blog and that's why I'm pictured as your Follower twice!!!

I loved this one. Hope the blog police don't catch me, too.

I just discovered Flash 55 last week and I wrote a dozen of them, so I’m set for several months. I posted my first one here:

ROFL!! That's excellent! And now the car photo yesterday is even funnier.

I never got to posting one today ARGH just being overwhelmed with packing and last-minute arrangements for a family of five: we leave Sunday for two months in West Virginia. I hope I get there before losing my mind! But all going well, will rejoin y'all (practicing saying y'all) next Friday.

My friend, Pheromone Girl, told me about the Friday Flash 55 and you inspired me to start a spin off. I call it my Sunday 160. It is based on text messaging which has only 160 characters in which to create your message. The Friday Flash 55 looks like a challenge, but try the 160 if you want something different.

Fireblossom said...

Hehe, clever 55, G-Man! Here is mine, a day late and a dollar short:

How to explain no 55? Should I tell G-Man that I died? But how explain my voice which speaks? And what about 55's of future weeks? I could say I had plague, or dengue fever, or anything to make a believer of skeptical G-Man, my bloggy friend. I was simply too tired. That's the end!
