I prepared The KILLER Mexican Cantina Buffet Bar!
Frijoles
Rice
Slow Simmered Taco Beef and Pork
Slow Simmered Nacho con queso
I grilled corn and flour tortilla's
A Co-Worker made Guacamole'
Salsa Verde' from scratch
And a 7-Layer dessert.
It was one of my BEST efforts ever!!!
And it was a Huge Hit.
I guarantee it was THE Best in Town on that day.
