I remember the launch of the Sputnik--it was a big big deal back then, and spurred us on to do our own NASA stuff. Ironic that now our astronauts can't get to the Space Station without hitching a ride with our former Cold War adversaries...and in passing,I must say, the tie becomes you, G.
