Hi Everybody... You take 2 Corned Beef Briskets, (on sale this week for 1.99 a pound) Bake covered in the oven at 350 for two hours. Then baste with honey and mustard, and set back to 250 for one hour. Repeat after an hour, but then take cover off for that last hour. Let rest for 15 minutes.... Then slice up your melt-in-the-mouth meaty delight!! It sure beats boiled corned beef.... Peace...!!!
