Hi everybody, I hope Father's Day went well. Thank You if you sent me a greeting. This is what I got from my family. I've wanted one for a while. I haven't used charcoal lighter fluid in years, I usually use kindling wood scraps to start my charcoal burning. This is the slickest outfit going on, you fill the top part of this chimney thingy with your charcoal, it falls on a grate, then you wad up newspaper and stuff the bottom and set it on fire. The burning paper starts the charcoal, and then you dump it in your grill. No petroleum after-taste EVER!!!
$8.83 at Wall-Marks....Yeah-Baby!!
.
Peace..!!!

I've seen those things for years, and alot of my BB-Q buddies have them, but I have never tasted lighter fluid in my charcoaled food... The stuff burns off 30+ minutes before I ever use the coals...Oddly enough, the trick is to use alot of the fluid- not a dab! The ensuing fireball consumes all the petroleum based products!

Oh what a wonderful gift for you. I can see it 10 years down the road, all banged up and funny looking but doing it's duty day after day. You can tell everyone is hungry for BB-Q.

My friend in Kentucky got a brand new webber. Now mind you the webber kettle was the same as any webber kettle, basically just like yours without the dents and stuff. But ths webber is the deluxe one. It has a side tray, if has a propane starter for the coals, it has a nice ash container to cleanly catch the remains of the ash. My friend went on for like 5 minutes describing it. For him it is Webber all the way but now he is driving a Cadilac of the Webbers! I wonder what he is doing with his old one?
