I was reading about Mardi Gras at Limes & the term did ring a bell but I could not remember what it was about & I went asking my friend about it... Yeeesh!!
Now reading the comments I remember last time you told us about the beads & flashing... I still can't get over that thing! Its kind of weird culture shock for me!
yes Mona, kinda sad, isn't it... this is what has become of our human values. (not that the plastic beads arent super shiny and pretty, G-man...) i too am in culture shock. often.
"At MrKnowitall's we earn our beads the old fashioned way, we find them." Flashing isn't the best deal for beads ever made, there was this island once... Take care of that knee, we don't want you losing a leg.

If that is all it takes ... I got a whole box full of beads over here!
It is kinda sad that people would be willing to flash just for some cheap beads. Sad that I am not down there with my beads!!!
G-man, you old schmoozer ... I thought you would be burden down with a whole lot more beads. Great HNT just the same.

LOL @ how Mona is still in shock over the mardi gras boob flash.
Somehow I cannot imagine an Indian woman dropping her paluu and ripping open her choli in order to get some silly beads!
LMAO! Ok what a hilarious cartoon that would be....
lol lucky you............some day I too will proudly show off mine! But in the mean time I will enjoys looking at yours. HUGS have a great day.
Is Tim Horton's paying you for product placement in your last 2 posts?
VERY easy to get caught up in the moment when you are there, in New Orleans, and young and drinking!!!!
LOL chalk it up to mob mentality, Mona!
or maybe just
mental-ness.
...your hair is getting longer, your hair is getting longer....
And Galen, don't lie, you SO flashed your sausage.
AND your hot sauce.
And apparently to everyone at work!
You slut.
I just caught up on your blog and all of your glorious food pics. And now I am starving. STARVING.
Can I see your sausage too?
Sign-babe,
If I got paid for product placement...I wouldn't have to find a job. I'd be rakin' it in from Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, AND Subway!
Maybe I should write them some letters and see if I can strike a deal.
Thank You Sherry, you are THE only one that believed my true story..
