Two Thumbs Up!!!

Do you pay attention to movie reviews?
If you do, there have been some great movies that you may
have missed in the past. Movies like Star Wars, Jackie Brown,
Machete', and the list goes on and on.
Sunday my son Reese and I went to see ALVH in 3-D...
What a Pleasant Surprise!!
It was Historical, Great Special Effects, Only Semi-Gory, and the acting
was terrific! It was very action packed, and it left a yearning for a sequel.
The best thing about this movie was it's historical accuracy (Save for the
Vampire angle). But isn't that what movies are all about? ESCAPE??
If realism is all you care about, who would have ever watched The Lord of
the Rings, Avatar, or Rocky?
Do yourself a favor...Go see Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
Abe was more of a Bad Ass Hero than you already thought he was!!!

Hey, G-Man! My wife and I saw that movie too! Pretty cool - I dug all the historical figures they included - I just wished I'd seen it in 3D!

I have been curious, but never enough to find out--do you need to have sight in both eyes to get the 3D effect? Being blind in one eye and not seeing the thing right would be kind of a waste in my book.

G-Man!!!! You need to switch careers. I was on the fence with this, but now I will see it ASAP! I don't care so much for 3D, though.

You intrigue me, M. G-man. I shall consider exiting my domicile and entering an actual theater perhaps. Though that doesn't happen often around here. Good to know you could sit in one of those seats for a couple of hours, though--or maybe 55 minutes? (Sorry, getting ahead of things again.)Great to see you posting.

I shall go and see this one in the next week or so. So far I have watched : Brave, That's My Boy and Men In Black 3. all in the last few weeks. Oh, and not to forget Snow White and The Huntsman, that was awesome too.
