The clean shaven, well groomed, G-Man!!!
My buddy Greg shot a deer Friday with his Muzzle-Loader,
and graciously offered me the ribs and front shoulder.
I'm fairly skilled with a blade, and in no time trimmed
and deboned the carcass to a neatly trimmed pile of venison
stew meat. You wanna know how much? About 5.5 pounds.....
Really...5.5 pounds!!

Mmm... venison stew! I've got some venison bratwurst in my freezer, courtesy of my sister-in-law.
I'm not a huge venison fan. But I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm more fond of beef.

You're the Man G. Grew up on venison, hunting season always had a carcass hanging in our garage until my Dad brought the deer to his cabinet shop to be cut up on his band saw. Little did his customers know.
