Retro-Wednesday....

.
.
Since I'm still a big kid at heart
I LOVE to re-live as many of my pleasant childhood memories as I can.
My son Reese and I enjoy Both of these chocolaty treats!
I Love Ovaltine the best!
Rich and Malty...Mmmmmmmm....
But the Hershey's out of the can is GRRRRRREAT as well.
Do YOU have a preference?
See ya Tomorrow.
Peace...!!!

Give me my Ovaltine please. :). Love it.

I tend to avoid 'em both -- too many calories! I'm a sucker for hot fudge topping, but I always make myself buy the Smuckers sugar free.:)

Yeah, but did the Ovaltine have a nifty Captain Midnight Secret Decoder Ring for you?

I think that Ovaltine's really cool... when it's hot that is.... if you know what I mean.

Have a nice day, Boonsong

I like hot Hershey's syrup on my vanilla ice-cream! Also some crushed caramel to top it with! Slurp!

thanks, Galen.
for the chocolate in exchange for footfetishes.

I don't know how you keep it up!

Ovaltine always makes me sleepy...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I prefer Nequik: a little powder on the spoon and dunk in cold milk or sprinkled on vanilla ice cream.

Better than Southern Comfort.

Thanks for immortalizing me in haiku.

I haven't had Ovaltine in years, no idea why, 'cos you've just reminded me how much I love it! Do you have Horlick's over in your corner of the world? That's another malty treat I love.

i enjoy them both...hello, we're talking chocolate here! lol

Ovaltine wins out though for me--as a chocolate milk drink.

On ice cream, it's Hershey's.

Dianne mentioned Nutella---OMG!!!!
love it, love it, love it!!!

I've always been afraid to try Nutella because I know I'll just love it and I'm afraid I'd become addicted to it!

Speaking of chocolate, when we go camping we always make s'mores (of course), but the family favorite is to substitute the Hershey's bar for a Reese's peanut butter cup.

(We call 'em "Bubbas" after my nick-name, since they were my invention)

How'd we get on a Nutella Kick?
FYI...Nutella ROCKS!!!
But we are talking Chocolate here.
And The Naughtily Nauseous Vanessa Kilmer brought up something that made me have a Chocolate Flash back.
Remember Farfel the singing dog?
