I'll Shove This Beer Right Up Your .......
I want to thank all of you loyal followers.
I've been working grueling hours and I'm not visiting you all...Sorry!
Sunday I marinated 3 chickens for about 3 hours in a pesto sauce..
I then rammed a Bud Light into the chicken's butt, and placed them on the grill!
After about an hour I tried out my new Popper Roaster.
I found the holes to be a bit small, and I had to wrap some bacon around them to keep them on the roaster...hehehehe
I then took two of the chickens off and grilled some olive oil slathered pita bread for about 2 minutes.
The poppers were stuffed with a mixture of Kraft Garden Vegetable Soft Cream Cheese, and some shredded Alaskan King Crab meat...Oh Baby!!!
The Pesto Beer Butt Chicken was so flavorful, moist, and easy, that I think that I've found my new favorite way of preparing yard-bird..!!
