I love the Summer.....

Hi Everybody...
The tomatoes drizzled with garlic/basil olive oil was awesome.
Notice the grill marks on the turkey, I cooked it breast side down over a water filled drip pan for about 4 hours before i flipped it over for the last hour.
I stuffed the cavity with butter and basil.
It ain't Rocket Science....
Peace...!!!

How the hell didn't that skin get burnt to a crisp? And I can hear it now didn't you read the part about the water filled drip pan. Well. yes, so I'm wondering if the chicken was down in that how you got the grill marks on it. It is Rocket Science to me LOL The tomatoes look great. All your food always does. Have a good week my friend :) Aloha

I had tomatoes with basil, both from my garden, as part of my breakfast the other day. Delicious!
