Super Bowl Sunday........

Hi Everybody....
First of all I would like to thank all of the contributors on Friday Flash 55. Everyone did a Fantastic job. Secondly, those that know the G-Man, realizes that Super-Bowl Sunday is one of my favorite days of the year. For years the owner of Mo-Doggies Bar and Grill, Mike Demoss, hosts an awesome party at his little pub. There are prizes, raffles, pool sheets, drink specials, free food, and best of all the patrons bring a pass around dish. I always have to bring the same thing or else I am barred at the door. Vidalia Onion Dip, and my World Famous Gargonzola Dip!

Like an idiot, I forgot to take pics of my Vidalia Dip assembly, but basically it is this ratio... One cup of Miracle Whip, One cup of shredded Swiss Cheese, One cup of finely chopped onions, and One package of cream cheese. Mux it all up by hand, put it in an oven proof dish, bake for 35 minutes at 350, then VOILA!!!

The Gargonzola Dip is a matter of personal taste as to how much Gargonzola to use, but here is my recipe'...Two packs of cream cheese, Four ounces of Gargonzola, Six ounces of chopped walnuts, and Ten ounces of Apricot preserves. Some folks may put bacon bits in it, but I usually do not. Mux this up by hand as well, then watch it disappear!!!!!

And remember this folks, there is no right or wrong way!! You may substitute Blue Cheese or Stilton for the Gargonzola. And you may also use more cream cheese to cut down on the strength of the stronger tasting cheeses. It's ALL good!!!

Have a GREAT week....Peace...!!!
(Notice my new Pampered Chef Chopper?)

O dear, your Chef chopper reminds me of my multi purpose food processor that is still lying unopened in its carton. I almost forgot about that! Its so huge with 103 attachments that it frightens me just to think of unwrapping it!

That dip sounds super yum! I will make it when My taste buds return to being normal after this viral fever is gone!

I hope you enjoyed watching the ball game final played in Tampa today...
