Thursday Portrait.......

This morning was a BEAUTIFUL day to ride to work!
But there was only one problem...It was 38 degrees!
T-Shirt
Turtleneck
Nylon Riding Jacket
My heaviest riding vest
Full finger gloves
I velcro'ed the bottom of my pant legs so the wind woudn't blow up my britches!
I zipped the insulative liner in my helmet...
I went on-line and figured out that if it is 38 degrees, and I travel on the E-Way at 80 mph, then the wind-chill was 20!!!!!
.
...The pics?
My vest with.....My Favorite Watch and chain!!
Me with my lined helmet on.
A very shaggy looking G-Man!
.
Friday will soon be upon us kiddies...Start thinking about your 55's!!
.
Peace..!!!

Lookin' good, babe. Getting on a bike when it's 38 degrees is true dedication. Thank God the day warmed up and you didn't freeze.:)

The way your dad looked at it, this watch was your birthright. He'd be damned if any slopes gonna put their greasy yellow hands on his boy's birthright, so he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years, he wore this watch up his ass. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable piece of metal up my ass for two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the watch to you.

I cant help it Gman, those pics reminded me of that movie quote! Name movie from quote please.

You are a die hard HD guy. It was chilly to say the least.

I still want a ride. I've never been on a Harley, you know. Only rice burners.

Seriously! Does it have to be 38 degrees in September already? Can't it hold off for another month? Just one more??

I love your watch--that thing is bitchin'

My grandfather had a similar silver stop watch! I saw it with my mother who later gave it to my brother!

Hope you are doing fine G & hope Reese is recovered from his accident injury by now!

Love to the Galen Family!
