Only just noted it's your birthday
and that you wanted a quickie
    (of words that is...)
    so thought, what the hey
there are things I can say
You're the top, you're the best
    the cream of the rest
and your lines are I find
    so often more than kind
so here's to another good year!

(hope the title didn't have to be included in the word count 'cause the poem is 55 words bang on!)
