Woo Hoo!

Guess who called me last night?  Yep, you guessed it, Galen.  I've never been so happy to hear someone's voice in my life.  He sounded wonderful.  It sounds like the nurses are going to have to tie him down.  I'm sure he will hate that.  He says he's definitely feeling better but remains in the hospital.  I know he can't wait to get to his computer and let you all know himself how he is doing.

    Good to hear the old man is perking up--and tell him wounds from being tied up by nurses are not covered by insurance. Looking forward to having him back soon as he's feeling better.

    Great news! Tell him everyone misses him. Fridays are definitely not the same without the 55s to look forward to--especially his inimitable ones! K

    yippee!!! glad you two got to speak. the emailed updates have been so appreciated but it's nice to know you got to hear his voice and get more of a sense of how he is doing.

    Awwww... that's great news. You tell him to just hold his horses and do what he needs to do to get himself back to 100%. We'll all still be here ready with our 55's all lined up so he can come kick our asses.
