From Thursday Evening

I'm thankful for Galen's good friend Lynne, who has been keeping us all abreast (I know that's one of Galen's favorite words) of his condition.

The latest from Lynne, "Not a whole lot new, Galen is out of ICU now and in a regular room.  He had a procedure yesterday to help out and it was done in his room, and he tolerated it well.  Galen doesn’t really have the freedom to move around as he would like so phone calls are pretty difficult at this time.   He’s getting better people, so take heart, keep the good thoughts coming for him.  I know when he is comfortable enough he will be phoning, and blogging to make up for lost time.  I know he misses you, and we all support him.  Thanks!         Lynne "

    UGH on the procedures and pokings and proddings--so sorry Galen is having to go through all this--thanks for keeping us, um...current. Good to hear the G-Man is doing better--you are missed, my friend.

    Appreciate the updates. I'm sure you're sharing that his throng of adoring fans are still here...adoring. And yet somehow, I just know he would've worked the word "thong" into that conversation. :)
