    LOL! i like chianti and fava beans. liver or brains not at all...except in the appropriate body cavities doing that for which they were designed.

    I know nothing about Chianti, except that someone in my book club drinks it like water (I'd love to visit the place too). Fava beans - yummy especially with beef casserole.

    Is brain a muscle meat like heart or kidney? If so most people need more exercise before I would eat it and I could go slightly rare with it.
