Stupid HNT.........



I've done some very stupid things in my life, but NOTHING near as stupid as something that I did yesterday. I have a very dear Blogger friend that when presented with a favorite treat, always says.."I eat them by the handfulls"!!
In this spirit, I thought that I would stage a pic of me cramming a handfull of some potato chips in my mouth. Some chips I might add, that came by special delivery in the mail..
Just any chip?...I Think NOT!!!!
Rt. 11 Mama Zuma's Revenge-Habinero!!
That should have tipped me off right there...HABINERO!!!
The River Styx immediately trickled down into my gullet...
At first it wasn't so bad, then literally..All Hell Broke Loose!!!!
My tongue is still numb...

    What?! A burly biker guy who can eat chili and hot peppers and Brats felled by Mama Zuma? And all hell broke loose? I don't believe it.:) I've been eating candy hearts by the handful myself. No habaneros dunking me in the River Styx there.:-)

    Wow G,
    You didn't know about habaneros? You're gonna be wondering why you feel like you have to go, and can't. It'll be funny when its over, but it won't be funny when you're going through it. So, I'm deferring my laughing until you tell about it.
    Supposedly a hard candy will help the burn in the mouth, but it won't be easy getting one where its really going to hurt, not that it would help. Of course I could be talking out of my a__ here, potato chips don't have the same indigestible fiber as peppers.
