Friday Flash 55.....

Oh it started out innocent enough in the 60's.
Using available technologies to greatly enhance
human intellectual and psychological capacities.
The Egg-Head Thinkers called it...Transhumanism!
The World Wide Web was Science Fiction.
Now in 2055, the WWW has become... History!
It has morphed into one central, omnipotent entity.
Known only as...Mrs. Wong.

Uh Oh...The Rise of the Machines! It's coming Sparky.
If you or anyone you know is artificial intelligence, or has
written a Friday Flash 55.
Please come tell The G-Man
I will visit, read, enjoy, comment.....Then BOOK!
So from the most artificial host from coast to coast
Have a Kick Ass Week-End

  3. When one of my sons was around ten years old he asked why I didn't just shift the car into 'auto pilot' ... little did he know. I'll be back.

  4. I wonder if Mrs. Wong was ever right? Sorry...that was bad. :)

Yeah, it reminds me of that song... "In The Year 2525...if man is still alive..." Apparently, no, no man, just Mrs. Wong.

  9. Ha! I must confess to being very dependent on Mrs. Wong - my memory is now stored in her bowels.

I am also up (earlier than usual.) Hope you are well, Galen, yourself is never artificial! Artsy though!

  10. ha! I think it is coming. I know I have a hard time living without my "smart" phone. I guess the next step is to just have it embedded into my brain. Right?

Worked on the yard ALL day and have a house showing tomorrow ( getting tired of this ) AND my little man graduates from pre-school (he calls it play school :) BUT I didn't forget my 55! Whipped it out as I sipped a bottle of Mike's Hard Lemonade - Just bought by first six pack a few days ago (they are GOOD!)

Have an amazing weekend and thanks for always being such a gracious host. Enjoy your "three weeks" of summer (ha ha) (That's all Northern Michigan seems to ever really have if you rack up all the summer-like days) BUT, they are the best, most beautiful three weeks :)

  11. Awwww, man, other people already stole my comment about Mr. Dong.

Oh, well. At least I'm in good company. :)

And as long as the future still involves bacon, I'll be happy enough.

    Thanks for another Friday 55!
    Mine's here. :)

  12. These days, I'm happy if anyone I know displays any kind of intelligence at all!

  13. Hey, Mama Zen . . . whatever computers display it ain't intelligence. They don't do what we want them to do - only what we tell them to do.

  15. Very impactful 55, G, and goes perfectly with that image. There is an ad on TV (don't know about what though) that has two robots interacting and they are adorable, and they scare me to death! Great 55, and I hope your weekend is the same.
