  13. Marathoners do, however, usually carry sweets of some kind, usually honey-like gel packets. You'd think the bears would appreciate that, right?

  14. unbearably cute & funny... I have photos of my grandmother feeding the bears in Yellowstone when she worked there one summer in 1915.

    Mine is a holdover from Halloween...

  16. I love this so much. Teddy Bears Picnic was probably my most favorite childhood song. You deserve a gourmet picnic this weekend for this special treat, G.

  17. I thought it was a bear we could hear nearby in Yosemite, thankfully it turned out to be a bobcat! I didn't fancy become part of a bear's picnic! LOL
