Friday Flash 55.....




For one Glorious Harvest Moon Night.
Your orange armor protected a flickering light.
Sadly, your sinister grin was soon forgot,
You were left alone to sag and rot.
Your top caved in, your innerds scorched,
You turned to mush, and fell off the porch!!
But Mother Nature has a way...
Of reassuring a pumpkins stay!!



Yes thats right Ladies and Gentlemen, It's not quite the Eggplant that ate Chicago, but it's a pleasant and welcome addition to the household.

    I'm probably not playing this week, because I'm working like crazy to keep on schedule with my book. But I did write a blog entry that I'm pretty pleased with.

    That is a cool 55! We don't celebrate Halloween as a national event...some people go Trick or Treating. It is becoming more popular but it's not my kind of thing, as you said Galen, I'm a romantic. Ghosts and Goulies don't appeal. :))

    Congratulations on your new 'baby'! I loved the rhyme.

    For two years I've blogged daily, updating at least ONE blog every day... this week I failed all my blogs completely!
