Saturday Nights All-Right..........












Hi everybody, hows the Holiday Season coming along so far?
The city that I work in is called Fenton. Every year they kick off Christmas with a community effort called Jingle-Fest. One of the highlights of the event is a parade put on by members of the local Chamber of Commerce. Our dealership always throws together a float, and some employees walk along and pass out goodies, and some employees (me) always drives a showcase vehicle.
As a reward for participating, our boss took us to a local rib joint called Beal Street. They serve a Memphis-Style (dry rub) Bar-B-Que, and I have to admit it was some of the best restaurant ribs that I had ever eaten. It came with pulled pork, slaw, delicious baked beans, and some terrific corn bread. Mixed with some cold beer and a real funky blues band, it was a very awesome Saturday Night. Heres wishin you all a great and productive week...

    looks like a good time...i think i would have more fun there w you than showboat's football bbq today. the women in the organization were bitches. lol the men were cool tho :) made my husband bring me home. sad, huh? lol

    Sounds like a good time and what a wonderful place to eat. How could I miss the Christmas ball you have on display? Oh well. I think I will get the holiday season kicked off tonight. I have to watch White Christmas for it to be Christmas.

    I don't know how to spell hummuhna, but that cornbread is hot.

    I never thought I could actually salivate over ribs again, but you have made it so. That place sounds damn rockin'.
