Green-Day..........

Happy St. Patty's Day everybody!!!!
.
As promised here was MY Sunday Corned Beef-Fest...
You get a couple of nice briskets..
You get a brace of veggies...
You boil one brisket in a kettle of water for 2 hours..
Then you add the veggies and simmer for another 2 hours..Voila!!
The second brisket you can boil with the first one or you can try something new. You can bake it!
Put the brisket in a baking dish
Sprinkle picking spices over the top
Bake for 4 hours at 300 degree's
Spread a honey mustard glaze over the top and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
(I made up my own with a curry sauce, brown sugar and mustard)
.
It ain't brain-science folks...IT'S COOKING!!!!!
.
Have a great day...Peace!!!!!

  1. Geez, a girl could gain 10 lbs. just looking at the food pictures on your blog. It does look delicious, though.

  3. I have mine cooking away in a crock pot as I type. The cabbage will be done afterwards when I get home. I guess I will be eating a little late but I will be loving it. Love the looks of your spread. Now I am drooling.
