I hope you had a too awesome Christmas. The menu you listed sounds WONDERFUL. Especially the pierogis and fruit salad.
Even though my gramma was a hundred percent Italiano, she made some most stellar pierogis because she had a Polish friend of hers from a long time ago teach her how to make them. They were always the bomb.
Now, onto your ham....
I'm noticing a pig theme here at your blog lately.
First it was piglet, and then this lovely little piggie, and then talk of ham. I'm guessing it has something to do with relating it all back to the Hog you truly adore.
