Boo Hoo 55..........

I don't feel much like doing a 55 tonight.
Saturday I wrenched my knee doing nothing.
I then cooked and prepared food for 3 days.
Then yesterday we got over 12 inches of snow.
Reese and I shoveled our driveway by hand.
I fell in the snow....
I'm still cold, wet, and very tired!!

I love This Day.........

The Jambalaya was very tasty...I honed it down a bit for the wussies, I figured that they can add their own heat. You may be able to see some of my hot sauce stash that I broke out for the occassion.

The corn bread is something that I've NOT talked about yet.

Follow the directions for making a 9 by 13 pan, but in lieu of 1/2 the liquid, dump a can of Creamed Corn in the batch, add a pound of scrambled Hot sausage, and dump a cup of shredded Cheddar in the mix. Bake as directed, and dump a cup of shredded Cheddar on top for the last 5 minutes...OH BABY!!!!!

Voila...Muffulette's...Jambalaya...Spicy Sausage Corn Bread...Rolaids!!!
