Friday Flash 55.....

Barb and Janet were sophomores.
I was Five, and loved pestering these
two neighborhood teens.
One warm Summer's day, I saw them BOTH head
into the field behind our house.
I stealthly followed.....
Thirty feet into the hike, they both giggled,
lowered their dungarees, squatted, peed, drip dried,
then continued on.....

That Image Still Haunts Me!!!

(I'm POSITIVE that they saw me.....)
Hehehe...That explains a LOT doesn't it?
If you or anyone you know has survived
The Zombie Apocalypse, AND has written a Friday Flash 55
Please come tell The G-Man
I will visit, read, enjoy, comment...Then BOOK!!
So from the most Haunted Host from coast to coast...
Have a Kick Ass Week-End!!

  4. Hey dude--the inconvenience of the alternate plumbing is one of the big issues I intend to take up with the Almighty, should I ever meet her--why??

  7. That 55 might have also been a candidate for TMI Tuesday.

Zombie apocalypse? What will survival be like? HERE is my 55 for this week. It is also a part of Zombie Walk 2011. Maybe you'll find the answer.

  9. If only we could stand and pee...

Well, I guess we could but then we'd have to deal with more than just drip drying our nether region.

    I played over HERE

  10. Wait, what Zombie Apocalypse? Did I miss something? Besides the pee. That I don't mind missing.

  30. I admit I don't know what the zombie apocalypse is all about. Every time I hear the word zombies, all I remember is the video game I'm addicted to.

    Here's my 55: http://kikitavenue.blogspot.com/2011/09/ff-55-4-joy.html

  31. Sorry, I got swept up in the zombie apocalypse this week, G-Man... and being a zombie makes it hard to count to 55. (Especially with missing fingers!)

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ah, that's what bushes are made for. Too bad they didn't find some and spare you those lingering images.

Mine is finally up at Roses to Rainbows

  33. You'd have been miserable in the woods where I spent my childhood summers. No plumbing. That place still doesn't have toilets that flush (I still have family living up there.) It was a hippie paradise, meaning clothes optional, so yeah, I saw plenty of nekkid people peeing where they stood or squatted. Girls learn early that not all ground is equal, assess the slope or suffer muddy feet. Not ideal, BUT that place is where I want to be when the zombie (or any other) apocalypse hits. Don't mess with the old hippies in the hills. No, really. Don't.
My 55 is still over 60, so not sure I'll be posting this week. If I do, I'll come back to let you know.

  34. Love this! fyi ... I've done the same thing, but I wasn't a teen I was a grown woman, should have known better, no one saw me!

  35. Here I am!
Sorry I'm late; I'm house-sitting this week and haven't been able to get online as much as I'd like.

I've never met a Michigan person who calls jeans "dungarees". Interesting. The only people I've known who call them dungarees are from the East coast.
Is that where you're from originaly?
    Just curious.

    Thanks for another Friday 55!
    Mine's here. :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. Drat. I was typing so fast I didn't realize I misspelled "originally".

    Sigh.

This is a good excuse to eat a pound of chocolate, right?
